2 bunches kale
1 Tbs olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 300F.
Remove the stiff stems from the kale. Tear into large bites and rinse. Spin dry and leave for at least 30 minutes to dry completely.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly, until all pieces are coated with oil.
Put into the oven on two baking sheets, in a single layer if possible. Bake for 10 minutes, then pull out and rearrange so that as few leaves as possible are lying on each other. Bake for 10-15 more minutes.
